USEFUL ANSWERS
The little
questions.
A few things to know before your next sweet plan.
Is the sweet counter a live stock list?
No. It presents taste directions for an enquiry. Exact current products, ingredients, availability and prices are confirmed before an order is agreed.
Does a saved mix place an order?
No. It records your target weight and preferred balance of four directions. It does not reserve stock or confirm the actual products.
Can the planner confirm dietary suitability?
No. A colour, flavour, category or photograph cannot establish ingredients or allergens. Check the current information for each exact item.
What does the party calculator do?
It multiplies your guest count by the grams per person you enter. The default is an editable planning value, not a serving recommendation.
Where are my plans stored?
In this browser. Account sign-in does not synchronise them. Download a text copy from My sweet list if you want to keep a portable record.
When are my plans sent?
Only when you tick Include my saved mix, party plan and category requests on the enquiry form and submit it.
How does payment work?
A separately agreed order can have a payment reference assigned to your account. Sign in and review that reference before continuing to the payment provider.
What if I cannot sign in?
Choose Account access in the contact form. Do not send passwords. Automated password recovery and email verification are not included.
